Refund and Returns Policy

At VellvitWear.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return only if:

  • You received a damaged product.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • You received the wrong size (if our mistake).
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

The return request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery unless they are damaged or incorrect:

  • Bras
  • Panties
  • Shapewear
  • Ladies Trimmers
  • Personal Care Products
  • Used or Washed Items

3. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused.
  • The product must be in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels and packaging must be intact.
  • A proof of purchase or Order ID must be provided.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are only approved when:

  • The returned item passes our inspection.
  • The requested replacement is unavailable.
  • The product cannot be exchanged.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

5. Exchange Policy

We offer product exchange for:

  • Wrong Product Delivered
  • Wrong Size Sent by Our Team
  • Damaged Product
  • Manufacturing Defect

Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days after delivery.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

7. Shipping Charges

Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake.

  • Reason for Return
  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
